The central control device is the core of the entire digital conference system. It enables automatic meeting control and can also be manipulated via a computer for more complex meeting management. The central control device mainly controls the speaking devices, simultaneous interpretation, electronic voting, video tracking, digital audio and video channels, and data channels. Its functions are as follows.

The central control device mainly controls the speaking devices, simultaneous interpretation, electronic voting, video tracking, digital audio and video channels, and data channels. Its functions are as follows.
(1) Control of speaking devices, including representative machines, chairman machines, interpreter consoles, dual audio interface devices, multifunction connectors, etc.
(2) Automatic audio equalization processing for the speakers of representatives and the chairman.
(3) Management of microphones, automatic registration of speaking requests, restriction of unauthorized operation of active microphones, and limitation of the number of participants.
(4) Providing voting functionality for meetings. When the chairman initiates a vote on a certain matter, representatives can use the speaking devices in front of them to cast their votes, which are controlled, counted, and transmitted by the central control device to be displayed on the hall's display screen and the LED screens on the representative/chairman machines.
(5) Input and output control of various multimedia audio and video devices.
