Digital Public Broadcasting System
# I. Function Description
The Network Visual Broadcasting System is a comprehensive audio and video platform built on the BS architecture, compatible with the Windows 10 operating system. It integrates real-time broadcasting, scheduled tasks (timed broadcasting), linkage management, video surveillance, and visual intercom functions. The platform features well-structured functional modules and user-friendly operations. Beyond the capabilities of traditional IP broadcasting, it supports visual intercom and is compatible with multiple video stream protocols including RTSP, RTMP, ONVIF and HTTPS, enabling seamless linked management of audio and video resources.
# II. Technical Parameters
1. System Architecture: Adopts BS architecture and is deployed on Windows platforms; system access, operation and management are realized via web browsers.
2. Terminal Management: Supports bulk addition of terminals with automatic online matching; each terminal can be bound to one surveillance video stream. Three management display modes are available: list view (tree structure), grid view and map mode. The system displays terminal status (online, offline, broadcasting) and task status with differentiated color prompts; visual intercom terminals are marked with dedicated video color identifiers (software interface screenshots provided).
3. Automatic Terminal Fault Detection: Red warning indicators are displayed for IP terminals with conflicting ID numbers or IP addresses; yellow warning indicators pop up when online terminals go offline (software interface screenshots provided).
4. Full-duplex Audio and Video Intercom: Responds to call and video conversation requests from all intercom terminals. Multiple call modes are supported, including one-click call, one-click intercom, one-click help request and one-click alarm. Automatic answering and manual answering are available, alongside automatic call forwarding for unanswered calls with configurable forwarding delay (software interface screenshots provided). Users may select video resolution for visual intercom terminals.
5. Map Mode: Features an accessible online map with unlimited zoom capabilities. Each terminal can be assigned coordinate positions and displayed on the map (software interface screenshots provided).
6. Real-Time Tasks: Displays the playback list of ongoing real-time tasks with one-click start and stop controls. Compatible with MP3 and WAV audio formats; supports display of playlists and adjustable playback order. Text-to-speech broadcasting is available with customizable playback duration and adjustable priority for real-time tasks (interface screenshots provided).
7. Scheduled Tasks: Supports configuration of multiple sets of timing schemes, allowing users to select arbitrary terminals and set custom execution times. Functions include test run of scheduled tasks and configurable repetition cycles. Diverse audio sources are optional for timed broadcasts: music playback, speech synthesis and terminal audio capture. The daily scheduled task list is visible, and tasks support copy, paste and freeze operations. Execution logs are generated for every task for easy viewing and administration; users may customize the power amplifier activation time.
8. Linkage Management: Accepts fire alarm signals, short-circuit signals and other external trigger signals. Users can customize trigger zones and the playback duration of triggered audio sources, which include media library audio files, terminal audio capture and text-to-speech broadcast (software interface screenshots provided).
9. Terminal Short-Circuit Input Trigger Linkage: Supports multiple linkage pre-plans with freely configurable trigger schemes and target terminal quantities. Available trigger schemes cover short-circuit output, music playback, terminal audio capture, speech synthesis and alarm sounding.
10. Video Surveillance: Terminals can be bound to cameras or network video streams. Surveillance footage of bound devices is displayed upon terminal selection, and targeted broadcasts can be issued to designated terminals or partitions upon anomaly detection. Surveillance footage supports full-screen and split-screen display modes (software interface screenshots provided).
11. Media Library: The broadcasting software comes with a built-in audio stream transcoding function. Audio files can be stored by category, with preview and download functions enabled.
12. Historical Records: Records of user operations, broadcasts, intercom sessions, and terminal registration/offline events are permanently stored. Historical operation and broadcast logs can be filtered and retrieved by operation type.
13. Audio & Video Recording: Audio and video of all voice and visual intercom sessions are synchronously recorded on the server. Users may customize the storage path of recording files and toggle the recording function on or off; recorded files support download and playback (software interface screenshots provided).
14. User Management: Four user roles are available: super administrator, administrator, regular user and operator. Permission authorization can be assigned to each role for functional access and terminal management. Sub-control terminals operate purely through browser login without requiring any plugin installation.
15. Partition Management: Supports bulk partitioning of terminals. Partition numbers are displayed in front of each partition to facilitate partition broadcasting via IP microphones.
16. Broadcasting Modes: Supports unicast and multicast transmission, deployable over both the Internet and local area networks (LAN).
17. Platform Skins: Three built-in skin color schemes with one-click system color switching.
18. System Backup: Supports full backup of the broadcasting system by copying designated folders, including terminal information, real-time task lists, scheduled tasks and all audio files stored in the media library.
19. SDK: An SDK secondary development kit is provided for integration with third-party system platforms. External software can directly control intercom and broadcast functions while retrieving real-time terminal status. When integrated with surveillance systems, the surveillance platform may control call switches or automatically switch surveillance video feeds during intercom sessions.
